How do I sign up to Plucky.com? 

To sign up and get an account with Plucky.com you simply have to click the sign up button on the homepage and follow the instructions: 

Once you have entered your email address and a secure password you will be sent a verification code to your email address (always check the spam folder if this doesn't appear in your inbox) - enter the code and click submit.

*We recommend you choose a password that contains numeric, lowercase, uppercase characters and a special character  to ensure that you create the most secure password possible.

Next, you must enter your address details to enable verification -  Please ensure that you double check the information is correct and that spelling is accurate to avoid any issues logging in or trying to recover your details in future. When you have completed this form click the now green “Verify” at the bottom of the page. 

If we need to verify you further this screen will appear - Don't panic - We need to check every account holder to follow the rules and keep gambling safe. We'll try to check your account electronically. If we can't, we may ask you to send us a picture or scan of one ID document such as:

Personal identification: 

  • One Photo ID from the following list: 

  • Passport, Driving Licence, National ID

Address verification: 

  • One of the following: 

  • Utility bill (less than 6 months old), Copy of a bank statement (less than 6 months old)

Once verified, either by us or automatically you will receive a welcome email where you can start to build your account and personalise your settings such as spending limits and how we contact you.

Do I need to verify my account?

Plucky.com uses electronic verification methods to confirm your identity, which generally eliminates the need to request evidence of identity or address. However, in some cases, additional information may be required to complete the verification process. If this is the case, you will be notified upon login and instructed to send documents to our KYC team at kyc@plucky.com.

What is Plucky’s verification process?

We're required to verify every account holder we have to comply with regulations and in line with our commitment to safer gambling. We will attempt to electronically verify your account where possible. If we are unable to verify you, we may ask you to send us a photo or scan of one document from each of the categories listed below:

Personal identification: One Photo ID from the following list: Passport, Driving Licence, National ID

Can I use the same login on my phone and desktop account?

Yes! You can use your existing username, which is the email address you signed up with and password to log in or your phone or your laptop, so you do not need to register a new account. 

Can I open an account in any country?

Plucky.com is operation in the United Kingdom only. Plucky.com's terms and conditions state that we may limit registrations and betting from specific territories due to legal or regulatory reasons. If we suspect that you may be violating local laws, we may request additional proof of residence. It is your responsibility to ensure that you fully adhere to your local, national, or state laws regarding betting before creating a Plucky.com account or placing bets.
